Our Services In Inpatient Settings
Group Therapy Sessions
We offer free group therapy sessions for parents, facilitated by experienced therapists. These sessions provide a safe space for sharing experiences, gaining emotional support, and building a community of understanding and resilience. Whether in ICUs, transitional care facilities, long-term rehab centers, or online, we ensure that parents have access to the help they need, whenever they need it.
Self-Care and Spa Activities
Caring for a medically fragile or special needs child can be incredibly demanding. That’s why we host self-care spa activities designed to provide parents with much-needed relaxation and rejuvenation. From soothing massages to calming aromatherapy, we help parents find moments of peace amidst the chaos.
Art Therapy
Creativity is a powerful tool for healing. Our art therapy sessions allow parents and children to express themselves through various forms of art, helping to reduce stress, improve communication, and foster emotional well-being. These sessions are adaptable to meet the unique needs of each child, ensuring everyone can participate and benefit.
Music Therapy
Music has the power to heal and uplift. Our music therapy sessions bring joy and connection through rhythm and melody. Led by professional music therapists, these sessions help children and their families engage in therapeutic musical activities, promoting emotional and psychological healing.
Outdoor Fun Events
For children stable enough to enjoy the outdoors, we organize fun and inclusive events that allow families to create joyful memories together. From adaptive sports to nature walks, we ensure every activity is accessible and enjoyable for all children, regardless of their physical limitations.
Parent-to-Parent Coaching
Navigating the challenges of raising a medically fragile or special needs child can be overwhelming. Our parent-to-parent coaching service connects parents with experienced veterans in special needs motherhood. These seasoned parents offer personalized coaching sessions, helping others stay on top of mental health, self-care, and managing executive function skills after a new diagnosis. This peer support fosters a sense of solidarity and provides practical guidance from those who truly understand.
