Lauren Bradley | Director of Nursing Operations
Lauren Bradley, Director of Nursing at Love to Life Healthcare, leverages her extensive clinical expertise to create a nurturing environment where nurses feel supported and empowered. Her background includes caring for medically fragile, technology-dependent children at La Rabida Children’s Hospital, as well as providing specialized pediatric care in the PICU, cardiac, and general pediatric units at Lurie Children’s Hospital, and the pediatric floor at UIC. Deeply committed to nurses’ mental health and work-life balance, Lauren champions initiatives that promote well-being, professional growth, and peer support. Through her compassionate leadership and focus on excellence in training, she ensures every nurse has the resources and encouragement to thrive—ultimately enhancing the quality of care for all patients.

Jessica Burnside is the founder of our charitable arm Love to Life Foundation, and at Love to Life Healthcare, she is the Director of Client Experience. She is a dedicated therapist and the mother of a medically fragile, technology-dependent child, bringing invaluable firsthand insight into the challenges parents face. A Marriage and Family Therapist graduate of Wheaton College and currently pursuing her PsyD, Jessica is passionate about creating a supportive environment where every parent feels truly heard, and every child receives exceptional care. Her unique blend of professional and personal experiences informs her commitment to high-quality client and patient care, ensuring families have the resources, empathy, and expertise they need to thrive.
